Blocking masterbatch

Polytechs has developed the « Antislip » PE 30 H master-batch in order to avoid having plastic bags slip when piled up. It is formed from a polymer with a very high molecular weight and dispersed within a polyethylene matrix.

It is incorporated in the polyethylene bag formula. The active matter in this master-batch creates nodules which prevent the film surface from sliding. The organic nature of the active matter does not generate stripes, as is the case for a mineral anti-block.
