FR B2 B is a masterbatch containing 74% of flame retardant additives based on LDPE carrier (brominated additive and antimony trioxyde). Thermal stabiliser is present in the formulation and product can be delivered already coloured (on request).
It is used for applications like PE film (thickness between 100 and 200µ) to satisfy the norm DIN 4102, or for injection molding for PE, PP and copolymers.

FR TE S and FR TE S CC are LLDPE based masterbatches containing antimony trioxide and a chlorinated paraffin. The product is characterized also by an improved thermal stability. This masterbatch can be supplied in different shades of grey according to customer needs.
It is used for fireproofing and coloring ICT electrical tubes. The amount recommended to pass standard EN 50086 - 1 (1993) is about 5 à 8 % depending on the thickness and diameter of the tube and protection required.
