We have 3 BUSS PR 140 lines and 2 BUSS PR 200 lines. Our dosing units enable to feed a large range of materials like elastomer blocks, granules of all sizes and extremely fine powders as well as liquids. We use various pelletizing systems (BUSS hot face, underwater, strands) aloowing a perfect control of the pellet size depending on the type of material.
Buss lines are ideal for temperature sensitive materials such as blowing agents, cross-linking agents and flame-retardant. Lines are equipped for injection of reactive liquids.
Single and Twin screw extruders
Twin screw extruder: Polytechs has great flexibility in extrusion compounding technology, including a co-rotating twin-screw line. Our computer-controlled extrusion lines can feed a wide range of raw materials (fine powders, elastomers, liquids, etc) and are equipped with multiple gravimetric feeders. Lines can be fitted with specialty mixing units and pelletizing systems can be adapted to customer requirements.
Single-screw extruders: These lines also allow a big variety of productions for a very competitive cost.
Some lines equipped with a CTM (Cavity Transfert Mixer) are optimal for a good dispersion of resins or additives of different viscosities. Pelletizing is either done underwater, or by strands.
