Polytechs has invested in various equipments, including underwater pelletizing system for its BUSS lab extruder as well as new gravimetric dosing units.
A second 115 mm Clextral twin-screw extruder has been installed. The choice of this line, featuring the same characteristics as the existing one (L/D ratio, screw diameter, injection of liquid additives,...), will increase our production capacity by an additional 4 000 metric ton/annum. It also reflects our willingness to provide an in-house alternative sourcing to our customers; a guarantee of supply at any time, under the same conditions.
