Inflating masterbatch

For various injection or extrusion applications, Polytechs offers a master-batch based on the chemistry of Azodicarbonamide which generates gases at a temperature of 170°C during decomposition, thus causing the matrix's foaming. The regularity of the bubbles' size is ensured by the addition of fine dispersed mineral filler to the formula causing a nucleating effect.

BL PE 30A is widely used for cabling formulas, expanded polyethylene leaves, thermal insulation sheaths, etc.
