DEUTSCHANTIBLOCKING MASTERBATCH AB PP 10 S
AB PP 10 S is a masterbatch containing 10% synthetic silica in a PP homopolymer base resin. It is used to allow easy opening of PP bags and sachets. In PP films, AB PP 10 S prevents blocking during wind-up, facilitates the unwinding and slitting of film rolls and regulates the slip and antistatic properties.

AB PP 10 S has an excellent dispersion and is used in both cast film (CPP/BOPP) or blown film processes.
Synthetic silica gives a better transparency in films than natural silica, and the silica incorporated in AB PP 10 S gives excellent optical properties. AB PP 10 S can be added to skin layers only.
