Global Polymer Solutions, a subsidiary of Investindustrial, through Delta Tecnic, has entered into exclusive negotiations for Polytechs to join the industrial group currently being structured. This project is part of the creation of a new global reference in the field of masterbatches and compounds, aimed at sustainably strengthening the industrial, technological and commercial capabilities of the group in response to the growing demand & challenges of the plastic sector.

Founded in 1980 and based in Normandy, Polytechs is entering this process with a clear priority: to ensure its long-term continuity, strengthen its stability and open up new development opportunities, while fully preserving its identity, its teams, its industrial facilities and its know-how.

This is a process of continuity. Polytechs’ activities, organisation and commitments to its customers and partners remain unchanged. Integration into the group will, however, provide access to a broader environment, strengthened industrial synergies and new capabilities in terms of investment, innovation and geographical expansion.
